Shiatsu
Shiatsu is a deeply relaxing, non-invasive therapeutic practice (massage). It is given on a traditional Japanese futon, which can support individuals in moving towards greater health and well-being. It is a physical therapy, in which the whole body is used to re-balance the body and its energy (Qi), resulting in relaxation and promoting the body’s own powers of recuperation, regeneration and healing.
