Nigel has been practising massage for over 10 years, and continuously developing his skills. 

With Deep Tissue and Sports Massage, Nigel will treat specific muscle pain or injures by applying advanced techniques 

For mind, body and spirit, relief from stress of everyday life, he offers Swedish Massage Reiki and Aromatherapy. Often these treatments can be combined to suit the client's individual needs.  

His qualifications are internationally recognised. Nigel is a member of Embody, holds a Camden Council licence and is fully insured.  

His personal training first took place in Nottingham where he studied Holist Massage, then moved to London and continued his training at well-recognized collages.  

At present he is studying Thai Yoga Massage at The London School Of Thai Yoga, which reflects his long-term interest in alternative medicine and health care.
