Monika DemcsakMonika Demcsak is trained in Holistic massage and Reflexology (ITEC), Ayurvedic Massage, Indian Head Massage and Lymphatic Drainage Massage (FHT). She is a member of the Complementary Therapists Association.Monika became interested in Ayurveda while traveling in India and later studied at the College of Ayurveda in London. She has been practicing for over eight years. Taking an holistic approach to her massage and being very experienced in back, neck and shoulder work, Monika uses a combination of techniques – including Ayurvedic pressure point work – to create individually-tailored treatments. She uses firm pressure as needed, and incorporates No Hands Massage techniques to help make her massage both enriching and deeply relaxing.
